EZ-ier Products ships most orders same  or next-business day. We typically ship UPS or FedEx Ground, or via freight carrier on larger orders. 

Orders over $250 qualify for Free Shipping. The subtotal, after any discounts or coupons, must meet or exceed $250.00 to qualify. Please note, this only applies to deliveries within the contiguous United States. We ship to Alaska and Hawaii, however, shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is of highest importance to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the unused portion for a replacement or refund within 30 days. All equipment must be in its original packaging and be in new, unused condition. For supplies, the amount refunded will be a percentage of the sales price equal to the percentage of product remaining. Freight charges are nonrefundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned item(s) and at the sole discretion of EZ-ier Products.

Defective items must be evaluated by EZ-ier Products. If we confirm the item(s) to be defective, we will be replace them, or refund the order in full.

If an item in damaged in transit, please contact the freight carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to submit a claim. Be sure to keep the original packaging and damaged materials as they are usually required for the claim.

Wrong Items and Missing Items: If you receive the wrong item or are missing an item, please contact us via the form, Contact Us. Please note that if you ordered multiple items, they may be arriving in separate shipments usually within a few days of each other.
